Description
Overview: In this lab, students will examine the effect of catalase concentration on the rate of hydrogen peroxide breakdown. This lab can be easily expanded to include student-centered investigations. This lab includes an at-home lab option.

Specialized Equipment Required: non-treated 24-well plates • fruit fly vials or clear scintillation vials • p20 and p1000 micropipettes (optional) *At-home lab is designed to be done with materials that can be found at home.
